A few months ago, we had the honor of being invited by director Lope Serrano and the production company Canada to collaborate on their short film for Audiovisuals from Spain. The goal of this production is to showcase the talent, creativity, and diversity of Spain's audiovisual industry to international audiences.We are proud to collaborate in promoting national talent. The cast features renowned actors and actresses, including Bárbara Lennie, Berta Prieto, Karla Sofía Gascón, Omar Ayuso, Miguel Herrán, Albert Serra, and J.A. Bayona.The short film, titled La causa del accidente que provocó el incendio (The Cause of the Accident that Started the Fire), explores the creative crisis of a young director struggling to find a clear narrative cause for a car accident scene. Her frustration leads her to question both her story and her artistic abilities.Our contribution included designing a brief animation sequence and the final credits for the film. Collaborating with Serrano—whose attention to detail and storytelling is truly inspiring—and the talented team at Canada was an absolute privilege.Thanks to Canada for the trust. Not always we have the chance to explore something as unique as the result of this piece.

We’re stoked to share the official trailer for Impulse: Playing with Reality, a VR experience created by Anagram. Narrated by Tilda Swinton, this 40-minute piece explores the world of ADHD through personal stories and immersive gameplay. A journey where shadows become portals, words open up new possibilities, and the environment comes to life.Impulse was also honored with the Venice Immersive Award at the 81st Venice International Film Festival 2024, recognizing its innovative storytelling.

One of the most special projects we worked on in 2024 was the Honda Dream Generator — a challenge that pushed us to learn and experiment on another level. Teaming up with the legends at Espadaysantacruz and 1stAveMachine, we created an experience where handcrafted creativity meets cutting-edge AI. The core of the project was a generative AI that let users craft their own adventure: pick your characters (yes, even pets), the destination, and a special item, and boom — over 190 unique stories come to life. Everything was brought into 3D worlds full of hand-drawn details and a super polished vibe.

Here it is: our first campaign product from our newest partnership with the creative powerhouse Brand New School—this time for Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant. This series of films truly embodies the spirit of collaboration and creativity we champion at Brut. Each 15-second film highlights moments where Copilot’s assistance makes all the difference, brought to life through a diverse range of animation techniques.We embraced the challenge of giving each story its own unique voice, using cel animation, stop motion, and sleek motion design. This variety lies at the heart of what makes Brut special—our ability to seamlessly blend techniques and approaches to create something truly distinctive.A massive thank-you to the collective at Brut for bringing this project to life: Maliboo, with his stunning cel animation; Mostro, delivering with top-tier motion design skills; and Bounty, creating incredible stop motion.

A brilliant directing work from our duo Studio Mostro who have been able to get these pieces out in record time and with unbeatable quality. We got lucky enough to create the brand packaging from our favorite VR game of the world Beat Saber. This time premiering their rock packaging. We pulled this off with our partners &amp; friends Special Guest and 1stavemachine. Communicating in 10 seconds and with punch is not easy but our directors Studio Mostro managed it with brilliant execution.

The four-time GRAMMY-nominated rock band Goo Goo Dolls have debuted their brand new single “Run All Night”, a powerful ballad about rebirth, transformation and empowerment, that launches it’s music video - a beautiful combination of mixed media craft imagery that truly catches it's spirit.
Directed by Dedo Ciego” this artistic project employs a range of collage techniques with powerful and poetic visual metaphors, taking us on an emotional and hypnotic mixed-media journey.
It was great to work with the Goo Goo Dolls, they appreciated our art and it’s a breath of fresh air to work in an environment where artistic visions are supported and nurtured. We couldn't be more happy with this collaboration. We hope you enjoy it!

So excite to share this with you all. Our latest short short "The Plunge" Conceived &amp; directed by Maliboo. In The Plunge we explore the challenges about growing and facing your own fears. "To jump" into it if you know what we mean. This idea couldn't be more appropriate for how we feel with 5 years old. Growing and looking upon ourselves to see new ways to expand and grow, that how we do it and that's how David express it in this beautiful piece. Momoguro is the latest project created by our ECD Martin Allais &amp; Nico Casavecchia. They been working over the past year and a half in this IP alongside with Baobab Studios. They commissioned us to create this teaser for the whole franchise that first will become an NFT game, then a Roblox world and many more things in the not so long distant future. We have the feeling that you’ll hear about Momoguro a lot and were happy to be part of it.

Here is our collaboration with 1stavemachine for Magnum: a fresh and bold visual remix of Kylie Minogue’s iconic hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” reimagined by the incredible Peggy Gou.
This project was a true creative challenge. We were tasked with bridging two worlds: the legendary early 2000s aesthetic of Kylie’s original video and the contemporary, cutting-edge energy that Peggy brings to the remix. To achieve this, we worked with a mix of archival footage and newly shot material of Peggy, carefully blending both to create a visual language that feels both nostalgic and brand new.
Finding the right balance between homage and reinvention required constant experimentation, from color treatments and transitions to rhythm, pacing, and motion design. Every frame had to honor the original while pushing it into a new dimension that resonates with today’s audience.
The result is a unique piece that lives between eras, celebrating two icons through a bold and modern lens. We’re proud to have been part of this fusion of music, fashion, and visual storytelling.

Not many times you get asked to just design, have fun and research, specially with big clients that have small timelines and a lot of deliverables ahead. This certainly wasn’t the case Google with our partners 1stavemachine asked us to do exactly that. We research and brainstorm, and play and animate alongside with our very good friend Roman Rütten in the live action direction and Found Studio in the 3D side of things looking for the new style for the new Google Pixel campaign that got launch in November last year world wide. It was a massive undertaking and we had to make a Brut’s Voltron to be able to do our best possible best. Big ups to Brut’s collective force of talent.

We proudly present InTENsity, co-produced by Brut and our very own Bounty Banana for the 10th anniversary of their creative love affair. Conceived and directed by them, Bounty Banana combines live action with stop motion, motion graphics and cel animation with that "savoir faire" that they bring to the table. For this film Brut did a truly collective effort to elevate the dish with the art of Novenero, Mostro, Marcela Bustamante and Maxim de Gilder. This is what we call #brutforce in full effect!!
